Getting started

Sign in, understand the dashboard, and check your account permissions.

Actual ISP360 public login page captured without signing in
Real ISP360 login screen (public page, no customer data). Find your account sign-in fields here.
  1. Open the ISP360 URL supplied by your ISP360 administrator. Sign in with your own account; never share an administrator password.
  2. Your home screen depends on the role: company staff use the main dashboard; Franchise, Dealer and Sub-Dealer users have a commercial portal.
  3. Check the sidebar for your authorized modules. Modules can be hidden by role permissions or deployment license.
  4. Before entering live subscriber data, confirm the correct ISP deployment, timezone, package configuration and RADIUS server.
Important: If a screen is missing, ask your ISP administrator to verify both your role permission and the licensed module.

Roles and account access

Understand who can see and manage which records.

ISP360 Staff and permissions interface layout screenshot with scripts disabled and no live customer data
Staff and permissions - actual interface layout preview. Captured from the app page with dynamic data disabled. Counts, forms and available actions vary by login, permissions and release. No real customer data is shown.
  1. Company administrators manage the deployment, licensing, staff and authorized company records.
  2. Franchise accounts see the customer and commercial descendants belonging to their franchise.
  3. Dealer accounts see their authorized customers and their own Sub-Dealers.
  4. Sub-Dealer accounts see only their assigned customers and own wallet data.
  5. Staff actions depend on granted permissions. Seeing a page does not automatically grant permission to modify its data.
Important: Never use another person's login. Data separation is enforced by server-side access checks.

Customer accounts

Create, search and update PPPoE customer records.

ISP360 Customer management interface layout screenshot with scripts disabled and no live customer data

  4. Save, then open the customer's profile to verify package, service status and PPPoE credentials.
  5. Use Online Users, Offline Users and Expired Users to review account status; these views depend on available session/service data.
Important: Only authorized staff should see or change PPPoE passwords. Avoid sending passwords by ordinary chat or email.

  3. Commercial Pricing displays assigned purchase rates according to the user's place in the hierarchy.
  4. Authorized Sub-Dealers can set an End User Price in Your Package Rates and save the value.
  5. Check each customer's actual billed amount separately; saving a default selling rate does not by itself prove that an existing invoice or renewal price has changed.
Important: Rate visibility and package assignment are separate permissions. Do not assume a visible package is assignable.

  5. For a disputed payment, preserve the transaction reference and contact the ISP administrator rather than creating a second receipt.
Important: Customer billing and commercial wallet transfers are two separate ledgers; do not confuse one with the other.

  6. Sub-Dealer wallet is read-only for the Sub-Dealer account; it cannot credit itself.

  5. Escalate persistent timeout spikes with relevant timestamps and device identifiers.
Important: Connection activity depends on retained RADIUS/accounting records; an empty list does not necessarily mean the user was never online.

  4. After installation verify HTTPS, application login, database connectivity, RADIUS/AAA and license status.
  5. Import or migrate customer data only after a verified backup and a written cutover plan.
  6. An installation package is not considered production-ready solely because an ISO image exists.
Important: Installer behavior, download availability and system requirements are release-specific. Request the current approved release from ISP360 support.
